For organizations working in their own AI environment

Your team has AI tools and no shared way to use them.

Give your AI the context. Give your team the support. We build an organizational brain and practical collaborators around your team's work, and combine implementation with assessment and training so the result has a place in how people actually work.

Platform fit

Start with your setup.

Your team may already use ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini; we assess the environment and available capabilities, then use your existing platform or recommend an alternative suited to the work.

Permissions and integration options differ. We confirm what is feasible before agreeing on the build.

Choose the starting point that fits the work.

Three months

AI Foundation

A usable organizational brain and one tested recurring task, with practical support for adoption.

Included

  • Readiness assessment and agreement on the initial scope
  • Selected approved knowledge organized for the chosen AI environment
  • Clear access boundaries and source references
  • One focused collaborator and a defined recurring task
  • A written communication plan for the people affected
  • Two 90-minute training sessions using the agreed implementation
  • Checkups and refinement, with maintenance responsibilities documented

Completion point

Your team can use and review the agreed task with the organizational context it needs. Everyone understands who maintains the knowledge behind it.

Three months

Connected Workflows

Connect selected collaborators and tools around recurring work that crosses people or systems.

Included

  • The organizational knowledge foundation needed for the selected workflows
  • Readiness assessment and a written communication plan
  • A scoped set of collaborators and system connections
  • Defined ownership and review responsibilities
  • Workflow testing against agreed acceptance criteria
  • Three 90-minute training sessions using the configured workflows
  • Checkups and refinement, with documentation and handover

Completion point

The selected workflows can use permitted information from the agreed systems. Your team knows how to review the work and handle exceptions.

Optional strategic collaborator

Add Dr. P AI when strategic collaboration would help.

Dr. P AI can be added to either engagement; it supports reflection and decision-making using approved organizational context and method boundaries.

It is an AI collaborator. Access does not imply personal review by Dr. P or unlimited human consulting. Any live consulting is agreed separately.

Timeline

Three months, with room to implement and learn.

Month 1

Assess and scope

Understand the work and review the relevant information; agree on deliverables and how progress will be checked.

Month 2

Implement and train

Configure the scoped solution and test it with real work; help the team learn how to use and review it.

Month 3

Stabilize and hand over

Review actual use and tighten the implementation; confirm documentation and ongoing ownership.

The schedule depends on timely access and client participation. Milestones are agreed before work begins.

Definition

What do we mean by an organizational brain?

Approved knowledge your AI collaborators can use; access is defined; the implementation includes a process for keeping it current. It helps people work with shared context instead of repeatedly rebuilding it.

Your organization still decides what belongs in that knowledge base and who may use it; missing or outdated information needs to be addressed; the brain cannot know what it has not been given.

Questions

Common questions about AI Implementation.

What is the difference between AI adoption and AI implementation?

Implementation is the build: the organizational knowledge, the AI collaborators and the connections between them. Adoption is whether people use it. Each engagement includes a communication plan and training, with checkups afterward. Adoption is planned from month one.

Can you build AI agents and automate workflows?

Connected Workflows links a scoped set of AI collaborators and systems around recurring work. We test it against agreed acceptance criteria and document who owns and reviews it.

Do we need to replace our existing AI tools?

Often, we can work within your current environment. Assessment determines platform fit and any limitations before implementation is scoped.

Do we need a separate OrgLayer interface?

Foundation and Connected Workflows are designed for your existing environment. They do not require the nonprofit interface.

Can nonprofits choose these offers?

Yes. A nonprofit can purchase either offer independently. The nonprofit vertical is a separate option that connects strategic leadership support to grants and program work.

What happens after the three months?

Your team takes over the agreed implementation with documented responsibilities. Any ongoing support is written into your proposal before you decide; you pay your own platform subscriptions and usage, and further work from us is separately scoped.

How is the investment determined?

We provide a proposal after discussing your needs and assessing the scope; it specifies deliverables and support, and it also identifies the implementation fee and any external platform costs.

The Humans

Keeping it real. Meet the people behind OrgLayer.

Dr. Pablo Otaola (Ed.D., Organizational Change and Leadership, USC Rossier) combines that field with practical AI implementation.

His approach examines the conditions behind recurring problems and helps leaders translate decisions into changes people can practice. OrgLayer brings that approach into organizational knowledge and supported workflows, with human consulting identified clearly where needed.
